Karla T. Pellizzer, LCSW-S

Karla T. Pellizzer, LCSW-S is a Licensed Certified Social Worker and Approved Clinical Supervisor with over 28 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of South Florida in 1998 and has dedicated her career to helping adolescents and adults overcome life's challenges through personalized, client-centered therapy. 

Karla specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Person-Centered Therapy, empowering clients to develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. 

As the founder of Expectations Counseling, Karla provides secure virtual therapy, making quality mental health care accessible from the comfort and privacy of home. She is committed to creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where every client feels heard, valued, and empowered to grow.
