Introduction and initial assessment (50-60 Minutes)- $150
A first session focused on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, discussing goals, and creating a personalized treatment plan.
Individual Therapy Session (50-60 Minutes) - $150
One-on-one Telehealth therapy focused on emotional wellness, coping strategies, personal growth, and achieving your goals.
Couple Therapy Session (50-60 Minutes) - $175
Support for improving communication, strengthening relationships, and navigating challenges together.
Extended Therapy Session (75-90 Minutes) - $175
A longer session.
Any other specialized session (50-60 Minutes) - Ranges from $150- $175

Cancellation Policy
To provide consistent care and maintain availability for all clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees may be waived at the therapist’s discretion for emergencies or special circumstances.
